Dr. He is a director and the President of Spur Ventures Inc, a public company traded on TSX Venture. He sits on the board of Jinshan Gold Mines, also a public company on TSX Venture. He has 22 years' experience in the mineral industry. His previous experience includes serving as a Senior Process Metallurgist with Process Research Associates Ltd in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Dr. He holds a Ph.D degree in mineral process engineering from the University of British Columbia in Canada, and a Bachelor degree from Helongjiang Institute of Science and Technology in China. He also holds a US patent on mining technologies and has received a number of rewards from the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum, and Science Council of British Columbia.

Ken Major is a Partner in the Rockstead Group; as the executive director of Rockstead Capital Pty Ltd he oversees and initiates the group’s activities and investments in Australia. He has lived and worked in Asia for over a decade, and remains a director and equity partner of Stamford Capital in Singapore.
During the early course of his career; in his role as group accountant and financial controller, he was involved in an MBO and subsequent IPO of Nautilus Australia Limited on the ASX in 1993.
In 1997, he was appointed General Manager of Commercial Software Limited (“CSL”) in Singapore. In 1999 he assisted and contributed to the trade sale of that business prior to him founding the Netfinite Group, a Group which established IT business operations throughout Asia.
After a trade sale of the business in 2002, he has privately invested in Australia and Singapore and in 2003 acquired an equity stake in a Singapore Information Technology Company, in late 2005 he initiated and engineered the reverse merger of the business into an entity on the OTC:BB, and disposed of his remaining interest in early 2006. He now concentrates his investment activities with the Rockstead Capital Group.
His broad understanding of living and conducting business throughout Asia is a strong asset base in bringing together lasting, Western and Asian business relationships.
Mr. Major (MBA) is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and a member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIMM).

Joseph HE Jun is Rockstead’s Senior Foreign Law Consultant. His main areas of practice encompass corporate finance, equity capital market, foreign investment in China, mergers and acquisitions and property development in China.
Joseph represented a group of international investors in their investment in property projects in China by way of subscription for up to an aggregate of US$400 million preference shares.
Joseph was also involved in various high profile PRC-related enterprises in their initial public offerings (IPOs) in Singapore including Celestial NutriFoods Limited; Beauty China Holdings Limited; Hongguo International Holdings Limited; Asia Power Corporation Limited; and China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Limited; as well as Hong Leong Asia Ltd in its conditional agreement with Hong Leong Investment Holdings Pte Ltd and Hong Leong Enterprises Pte Ltd, for the acquisition of the entire issued and paid-up share capital in Hong Leong Corporation Limited, at a consideration totalling S$140 million.
Joseph has authored a chapter on Legislative Requirements in the Investors and Entrepreneur's Guide Setting Up Business in China - The Essential Handbook published by Key Media Pte Ltd (2002). He also presents and participates in panel discussions at regional and local conferences on PRC-related topics.
Joseph was a law lecturer at the School of Law, Yunnan University from 1989-1990. He acted as the Legal Consultant for the Far East Law Firm In Guangxi (PRC) and was the Assistant Legal Consultant for the Emperor Group of Hong Kong.
Joseph was admitted to the Bar of the People's Republic of China in 1994. |
