

Klan WU started his professional career with Ernst & Young (Shenzhen) in 1993 and thereafter moved on to two accountants companies as a Financial Consultant in Hong Kong. He was involved in several audits, special purpose engagements and Initial Public Offerings involving large corporations in Hong Kong.
Mr Wu is highly experienced and knowledgeable in financial issues and accounting practices as he has been involved in several high profile IPO cases.
Beside an MBA degree Mr Wu also holds a CPA certificate. Furthermore, he is very familiar with PRC’s overseas investment policy and financing regulations. |

Mr. Liu has years of experience in the capital market. Before joining Rockstead, he was a senior manager at RiskFile, an investment research firm in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Previously, he also worked as a financial analyst and business consultant and has helped many Chinese companies with their overseas investment projects.
Mr. Liu holds a MBA in Finance from University of British Columbia (Canada) and a Bachelor of Economics from University of Int’l Business & Economics (China). He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute (USA). Over the years, Mr Liu has published many articles on investment topics, including a series of researches on China’s economic growth. Mr. Liu's work at Rockstead includes investment analysis and financing in the North American and European market.
