We attend to the regulatory requirements including the preparation of annual returns, minutes of meetings of shareholders and directors and other statutory requirements, advice on and arrangement of the incorporation of limited companies or registration of branch office for foreign companies. Additional services includes provision of registered office, company secretary and nominee director facilities, advice on and arrangement of the registration of sole-proprietorship, partnership or representative office, advice on and assistance in the application of any approval, certificate or permit from any government or quasi-government bodies. |
